Peace of mind for experimental technology. Includes one 60-minute session per month, priority scheduling, and 10% off any additional hours. Unused sessions can be banked for one month. Cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts.
Both plans cover: bug fixes from software or OS updates, troubleshooting and configuration issues, system health checks, and remote or on-site assistance.
Not included: training and coaching (separate service), hardware failures, new feature additions, or issues caused by user modifications.
A note on experimental software: Tools like OpenClaw and local AI models are powerful but still evolving. Software updates from Apple, OpenAI, or other providers can occasionally break integrations. This is normal for cutting-edge technology — and exactly why ongoing support options exist.

I'm a creative technologist with over a decade of experience making complex technology work for non-technical professionals. Since 2020, I've been deeply embedded in virtual production for the film industry — building some of the world's most advanced LED Volume studios and designing the entire server infrastructure that powers them.

What hardware do I need?
Cloud Mastery and Desktop Agent work on most modern Macs and PCs. Local Models has minimum requirements: a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) with 16GB memory, or a Windows PC with an NVIDIA GPU (8GB+ VRAM) and 16GB RAM — capable of running 7-8B parameter models smoothly. Sovereign System includes purpose-built high-performance hardware for running larger 70B+ models.
Is my data really private?
Offline Local AI means everything runs on your machine. Unlike cloud services, your files and conversations stay entirely under your control. Note: Cloud Mastery and Desktop Agent tiers still route queries through cloud providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). For complete privacy, choose Local Models or Sovereign System.
Who pays for the AI subscriptions?
For Cloud Mastery and Desktop Agent, you maintain your own subscriptions or API access with the model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). We help you choose the right plan during setup. For Local Models and Sovereign System, everything runs on your hardware with no ongoing subscription costs — just electricity.
What if something breaks?
AI software evolves quickly — occasional maintenance is normal. You have two support options: pay-as-you-go at $250/hour when you need help, or our Support Plan at $229/month which includes one 60-minute session per month plus priority scheduling. Most setups run reliably for months, but having a support option gives peace of mind with experimental technology.

Byron Local AI acts solely as a Technical Consultant and System Integrator. We do not create the AI software (OpenClaw, Llama 3, ChatGPT) and do not guarantee its accuracy, uptime, or future performance.
Experimental Technology
Local AI Agents (like OpenClaw) are experimental, Beta software. They may hallucinate, fail to execute commands, or break after software updates. Our role is to install the software as it exists today. Ongoing support is available via pay-as-you-go ($250/hour) or our monthly Support Plan ($229/month).
Data Privacy & APIs
Cloud & Agent Tiers: If you use tools requiring API keys (OpenAI/Anthropic), you are subject to their Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for how third-party providers handle your data once it leaves your computer.
Local Models & Sovereign System: Data processed on local hardware remains 100% private and never leaves your machine.
Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the service or the refund of the service fee. We are not liable for Consequential Loss (e.g., if the AI deletes a file, or gives you bad business advice that loses you money).
